摘要
目的评价氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合雷贝拉唑、莫沙必利治疗非糜烂性反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年7月至2016年7月在我院治疗的89例非糜烂性反流性食管炎患者,随机分为对照组43例和观察组46例。对照组患者采用雷贝拉唑进行治疗,观察组患者采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合雷贝拉唑、莫沙必利治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、症状评分、复发及不良反应情况。结果经过治疗后,观察组总有效率(95.65%)高于对照组(72.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者A、B、C各类GERDQ评分情况均优于对照组患者,观察组患者GERDQ总分(0.25±0.06)分明显低于对照组(3.62±0.99)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗期间不良反应发生率(6.51%)及复发率(2.17%)明显低于对照组不良反应发生率(23.25%)及复发率(25.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非糜烂性反流性食管炎患者采取氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合雷贝拉唑、莫沙必利治疗,能够有效改善患者烧心、反酸、胸痛等症状,治疗期间头晕、口干、便秘等不良反应少,预后复发率低,与单独应用雷贝拉唑相比,具有更为显著的临床效果。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of flupentixol and melitracen combined with rabeprazole and mosapride in the treatment of non erosive reflux esophagitis.Methods Eightynine cases patients with non erosive reflux esophagitis who were treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were included in this study.And They were divided into observation group and control group randomly.Forty-three cases patients in the control group were treated by rabeprazole,while another forty-six cases patients in the observation group were treated by flupentixol and melitracen combined with rabeprazole,mosapride.The clinical efficacy,symptom score,recurrence and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group（95.65%）was statistically higher compared to the control group（72.09%）（P〈0.05）.The A,B,C GERDQ scores in the observation group were better than the control group,the total GERDQ scores in the observation group[（0.25±0.06）points]was significantly lower than that in the control group[（3.62±0.99）points],and there was difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions（6.51%）and recurrence rate（2.17%）in the observation group during treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,which was 23.25% and 25.58%,respectively,and there were both difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Flupentixol and melitracen combined with rabeprazole and mosapride in the treatment of non erosive reflux esophagitis can effectively improve symptoms such as heartburn,acid regurgitation and chest pain.There has little side reaction such as dizziness,dry mouth and constipation during treatment.The prognosis recurrence rate is low and it has more significant clinical effect compared with the single application of rabeprazole.
