摘要
目的分析护理管理中医护患协同合作模式的作用。方法方便选取2016年1—10月该院收治的210例患者作为分析组对象,随机纳入协同组与常规组(n=105)。协同组实施医患协同合作模式,常规组实施传统护理管理模式,比较两组护理效果。结果协同组患者的各项护理评分、护理工作总体满意度均高于常规组患者(P<0.05)。且协同组患者的不良护理事件发生率为0.95%,常规组患者的不良护理实践发生率为6.67%,数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理管理应用价值显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of medical collaborative model in the nursing management. Methods From January 2016 to Octoker 2016 210 cases of patients were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 105 cases inn each, the collaborative group adopted the medical collaborative model, while the routine group adopted the traditional nursing management model, and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results Various nursing scores and total satisfactory degree to the nursing work in the collaborative group were higher than those in the routine group（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of adverse nursing events in the collaborative group and in the routine group was respectively 0.95% and 6.67%, and the difference was obvious by comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application value of nursing management is obvious.
