摘要
目的探讨医护协同管理模式在静脉输液工具规范管理中的应用。方法建立医护协同管理合作组,分析协同管理实施前后静脉输液治疗质量和临床科室服务质量的提升效果。结果医护协同管理模式提高了静脉输液工具选择、标识固定、留置时间、导管维护、冲管封管、感染控制、并发症、健康教育8个方面的输液治疗质量,以及医疗护理的服务质量和患者满意度(P<0.05),增强了医护间的沟通和协作。结论医护协同管理模式的运用是规范化、专业化、科学化静脉输液治疗管理的需要,能提高临床服务质量,促进临床工作效率的提高。
Objective To discuss the effect of medical collaborative management mode in standardized management of infusion catheters. Methods A medical collaborative management team was established and the difference of intravenous infusion quality and clinical service before and after collaborative management were analyzed. Results The application of medical collaborative management further increased intravenous infusion quality, such as the correct selection of infusion catheters, tag fixation, indwelling time, catheter maintenance, catheter washing and sealing, infection control, complication of intravenous infusion, and health education. Clinical service quality and patients ＇ satisfaction were also improved apparently（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Medical collaborative management model meets the need of professional, standardized and scientific intravenous infusion, which improves the quality of clinical service and the efficiency of clinical work.
