摘要
目的分析对比西瓜霜喷剂与西地碘含片治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法随机选取该院2015年8月—2016年7月收治的90例口腔溃疡患者。根据临床治疗方法,将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组采用西地碘含片进行治疗,观察组使用西瓜霜喷剂治疗。观察对比两组患者临床治疗效率、溃疡愈合时间、红肿消失时间、治疗时间、灼痛消失时间以及复发率。结果观察组患者治疗有效率93.3%,对照组患者治疗有效率为77.8%,两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。溃疡愈合时间、红肿消失时间、治疗时间、灼痛消失时间,观察组患者与对照组患者相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复发率,观察组与对照组相比,对照组偏高(P<0.05)。结论与西地碘含片相对比,西瓜霜喷剂治疗口腔溃疡效果更显著,可促进患者康复,降低复发率。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of watermelon frost spray with cydiodine buccal tablets in treatment of dental ulcer. Methods 90 cases of patients with dental ulcer admitted and treated in our hospital from August 2015 to July2016 were random selected and divided into two groups with 45 cases in each according to the clinical method, and the observation group and the control group were respectively treated with watermelon frost spray with cydiodine buccal tablets,and the clinical treatment effective rate, ulcer healing time, swelling disappearance time, treatment time, burning disappearance time and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the treatment effective rate between the observation group and the control group was obvious（93.3% vs 77.8%）（P〈0.05）, and the differences in the ulcer healing time, swelling disappearance time, treatment time, burning disappearance time between the two groups were obvious（P〈0.05）, and the recurrence rate in the control group was higher than that in the observation group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of watermelon frost spray in treatment of dental ulcer is more obvious than that of cydiodine buccal tablets,which can promote the recovery of patients and reduce the recurrence rate.
