摘要
目的分析核磁共振(MRI)在膝关节损伤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法方便选择2015年4月—2016年6月该院收治的膝关节损伤患者72例,所有患者均先行螺旋CT检查,之后进行MRI检查,观察CT、MRI两种方式的诊断结果,并分析各种损伤的MRI影像学特征,比较两种检查方式的诊断结果。结果对比关节镜结果,MRI诊断准确率为100.00%,CT诊断准确率为86.11%,经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI检查具有无辐射、无创、组织分辨率高、视野广、多方位、清楚呈现骨骼病变等优点,确诊率高,能比较准确地反映出膝关节损伤部位、病理变化、病变严重程度,临床应用价值高,值得广泛推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical application value of MRI in the clinical diagnosis of knee joint injury. Methods Convenient selection 72 cases of patients with knee joint injury admitted and treated in our hospital from Apirl 2015 to June 2016 were selected and all patients were given the spiral CT examination, and MRI examination, and the diagnosis results were observed and the MRI imaging features of various injuries were analyzed and the diagnosis results were compared between the two examination methods. Results The MRI diagnosis accurate rate and CT diagnosis accurate rate were respectively 100.00% and 86.11%, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The MRI examination has the advantages of no radiation, no trauma, high tissue resolution ratio, broad vision, comprehensively and clearly showing the bone lesions and high confirmation rate, correctly reflect the injury site of knee joint, pathological changes and severity of lesions with high clinical application value, and it is worth wide promotion.
