摘要
目的探析以MRI诊断膝关节损伤的临床价值。方法方便选取该院门诊2015年1月—2016年12月份期间接受MRI检查的膝关节损伤78例患者,均给予CT及MRI检查,比较CT及MRI诊断准确率。结果 78例患者96侧膝关节,MRI扫查93侧患者膝关节存在异常,其显示率为96.88%,CT扫查72侧膝关节存在异常,显示率为75.0%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI对半月板损伤显示率为33.33%、韧带损伤21.79%、关节积液15.38%、骨髓损伤8.97%、软组织损伤11.54%显著高于CT检查方法 (P<0.05);两种检查方法对骨组织损伤的显示率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于膝关节损伤的诊断,CT检查可将患者关节面骨质破坏情况,关节间隙内线样钙化等病理变化进行清晰显示,而MRI能够显示CT检查不能够显示的骨髓病变及滑膜病变等,两者虽各具优势,MRI的显示率更优,值得进一步推广,不过CT检查费用低,适合基层医院推广。
Objective To study the clinical value of MRI in diagnosis of knee joint injury. Methods Convenient selection78 cases of patients with knee joint injury with MRI examination in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and examined by the CT and MRI, and the diagnosis accurate rate of CT and MRI was compared. Results Of 78 cases with 96 knee joints, and the MRI scanning showed that there were 93 abnormal knee joints and the display rate was96.88%, and CT scan showed that there were 72 knee joints abnormalities, and the display rate was 75.0%, and the difference was statistically significantby comparison(P<0.05), and the display rate of MRI to meniscus injury, ligamentous injury,joint effusion, bone injury and soft tissue injury was obviously higher than that of CT examination method, which was statistically significant(33.33%, 21.79%, 15.38%, 8.97% and 11.54%(P<0.05), and the difference in the display rate between the two examination methods was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion CT examination can clearly display the pathological changes of bone destruction of articular surface and joint gap interior line calcification, but MRI can display the bone marrow lesions and synovial membrane lesions failing to be displayed by CT examination, and both of them have advantages, but the display rate of MRI is better, which is worth further promotion, but the cost of CT examination is low,which is suitable for promotion in the primary-level units.
