摘要
针对我国公路建设项目的现状,提出了公路施工阶段的工程造价影响因素。针对该影响因素研究总结出一些可行的公路施工阶段的工程造价控制与管理措施。为了做好工程造价的控制与管理工作,管理者相关人员应该充分利用有限的资源与资金,加大对工程造价质量管理工作的研究力度,更大程度地做好公路施工阶段的工程造价控制与管理工作。
According to the present situation of highway construction project in our country, this paper puts forward the influence factors of highway construction cost. According to the influence factors, this paper summarizes some feasible project cost control and management measures in the highway construction stage. In order to do a good job of project cost control and management, management personnel should make full use of resources and limited funds, strengthen the research on quality management of the project cost, to do a better job of project cost control and management in highway construction stage.
