摘要
在高速公路工程建设中,项目管理是非常重要的一项工作,将直接对公路的施工效果以及质量产生影响。本文将结合高速公路项目管理组织特点及施工组织设计思路着手,针对高速公路项目施工中的项目管理工作,尤其是质量管理和成本管理,提出一套可行的项目管理措施,为同类工程提供参考。
In the construction of highway engineering,project management is a very important work,and will have a direct impact on the highway construction quality and effect.This paper will combine the features of highway organization and ideas of construction organization design,and based on project management works especially the quality management and cost management,puts forward a set of feasible project management measures,so as to provide a reference for similar projects.
