摘要
借鉴管理科学中的目标管理和自我控制等基本理论观点,可对应分析出高校图书馆嵌入式服务的实施要点,并进一步推演出嵌入式服务的实施路径:嵌入式馆员的遴选、指导和自我控制;树立嵌入式服务的目标锁链和目标体系;建立绩效考核体系。
Based on some basic theories in management science such as management by objectives and self-control, the paper gets the essential points for the implementation of embedded services in university libraries, and then come to the implementation path for embedded services： selection, guidance, and self-control of embedded subject librarians, construction of the objective chains and objective system of embedded services, establishment of performance measurement system.
