摘要
医务人员手卫生依从性与院内感染的发生存在着负相关性,约30%的院内感染是通过医务人员手接触传播的.院内感染会增加住院时间、住院费用和病死率,甚至引起医疗纠纷.本文就我国医务人员手卫生的依从性的现状、手卫生依从性与不同科室院内感染控制研究现状和感染控制护士在手卫生中的作用进行综述.
Hand hygiene compliance of medical workers and nosocomial infection is negative correlated. About 30% of nosocomial infection is transmitted by hand contact with medical workers. Nosocomial infection increases hospitalization time and cost and mortality, which in turn induce medical dispute. The aim of this study is to review current status of hand hygiene compliance, the status of hand hygiene compliance and nosocomial infection control in different departments, and the role of infection control nurses in hand hygiene.
