摘要
采用数学规划论和最优化方法 ,建立高炉操作参数优化数学模型。通过对某钢厂实际生产数据的统计分析 ,得到了焦比、焦炭负荷、高炉利用系数等参数的多元线性回归方程 ,并通过计算标准回归系数确定各因素对目标函数值的影响程度和自变量与因变量的正、负相关性 ,调整主要参数 。
According to mathematic programming theory and optimization theory, an optimization model for operation parameters of blast furnace is developed. By statistic analysis of actual production data of some works , a group of multivariate linear regression equations are obtained for coke ratio, productivity, coke load ,etc. The effect degree of each parameter to target function and the positive or negative relativities are determined according to calculated standard regression coefficient. By adjusting main parameters, target function approaches or is equal to the optimal value.
