摘要
本文采用加入WC粉的方法 ,研究了WC的加入量对粉末冶金高 (Cr、Nb、Mo)烧结钢气门阀座合金的硬度、密度、横向断裂强度的影响 ,以及合金在淬火、回火后硬度的变化 ,并用SEM研究了合金的组织结构。结果表明 :随着WC含量的增加 ,阀座材料的硬度上升 ,强度稍有下降 ,WC的加入对合金淬火。
The effect of WC powder addition amount on the hardness, density and bending strength of high Cr-Nb-Mo sintered valve seat insert material produced by adding WC powder and the material hardness change after quenching and tempering was investigated. And the microstructure of the material was observed by SEM. The results show that the hardness increases and the bending strength decreases slightly with the increase of WC content. The WC powder additive has an obvious effect on the hardness improvement of the material after quenching and tempering.
