低铬铁基烧结材料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了用高碳和微碳铬铁合金粉在铁基烧结材料中引入少量的铬 ,并在较低的温度 (115 0℃、12 0 0℃ )下烧结而强化材料。测量了所得材料的力学性能 ,并对用上述两种方法引入铬时的效果进行比较分析。实验结果表明 ,以低碳铬铁合金粉的形式加入 1 5 % (质量分数 )铬并在 12 0 0℃烧结时 ,其强化效果最好 ,抗拉强度约提高 5 0 % ,硬度约提高 4 9%。 The ferrous materials alloyed with high carbon and ultra low carbon Fe Cr powders and sintered at lower temperatures(1 150 ℃?1 200 ℃)for strengthening were studied.The mechenical properties were measured and compared.The results show that the bast is the technology of adding 1.5 %Cr,sintering at 1 200 ℃.In this case,the tensile strength can be increased by 50 %,hardness by 49 %.
