摘要
研究了加入微细铬铁粉对Fe-Ni-Mo-Cu系粉末冶金材料烧结性能和力学性能的影响。材料经冷压后于1150℃常规烧结,进行了密度、孔隙及组织观察、表观硬度(HRB)、显微组织硬度和拉伸强度测试,通过扫描电镜观察拉伸断口形貌,分析研究其断裂机理。结果表明:当添加微细粉Cr含量为0.2%-1.5%时,随着Cr含量的增加,材料的烧结密度在7.04-7.08g/cm^3之间,表观硬度、显微硬度和拉伸强度逐渐增大,材料属脆性断裂。微细铬铁粉的加入对材料的性能改善效果显著。
Influence of ultrafine Fe-Cr powder on properties of Fe-Ni-Mo-Cu system sintered materials was studied. The density, pore morphology, microstructure, hardness(HRB) and tensile strength were tested after coM-pressing and sintering at 1150℃. The tensile fracture surface was observed by SEM. The results show that the sintered density is within a range of 7.04g/cm^3 to 7.08g/cm^3 when the content of Cr increases from 0.2% to 1.5%. Hardness, microhardness and tensile strength of the materials increase with increasing Cr content. The tensile fracture surface exhibits a combination characteristics of dimples, cleavage and quasi-cleavage and brittle fracture prevails. The properties of the sintered materials can be significantly improved with the addition of ultrafine Fe-Cr powder.
