摘要
我国已逐步建立起以政府补贴为主,市场筹集为辅的生态补偿资金筹集方式,但无法满足日益增长的生态补偿需要,为此应当积极发展市场化筹集方式。本文分析了生态补偿资金市场化筹集的必要性,在对生态补偿进行再认识的基础上,提出五种生态补偿市场化筹集方式,对完善生态补偿机制具有一定意义。
China has gradually established the government subsidy - based, market - supplemented raising way of ecological compensation fund, but can not meet the growing needs of ecological compensation, so the marketiza- tion raising mode should be actively developed. This paper analyzes the necessity of marketization raising of ecologi- cal compensation fund, and puts forward five kinds of marketization raising mode of ecological compensation fund on the basis of re - understanding of ecological compensation, which is of great significance to perfect the ecological compensation mechanism.
