摘要
建筑物倒塌及其坠物伤害是导致地震中人员伤亡的主要原因。^([1,2])本文从地震结构坠物分布与人员伤病规律的特征出发,阐述了地震应急搜救行动的制约因素和时效性要求。本文运用分层随机抽样法对坐落在我国23条地震带城市的264所中学展开调研,总结出中学教学区场地布局的典型形式,通过模拟教学楼结构在强震倒塌过程中结构坠物的典型分布场景及位移范围,针对实验结果提出进行地震救援仿真训练废墟结构坠物场景设计与优化的方法,并就教学区常见灾场特征提出实训组织的情景设定思路。
The collapse of buildings and falling debris damage are the main cause of casualties in the earthquake, i1.21 Based on the features of seismic structure falling debris distribution and the characteristics of personnel injuries, this paper discusses the constraints and the timeliness requirements of emergency search and rescue operations. In this paper, stratified random sampling method is used to study 264 secondary schools located in 23 cities on the seismic zones in China. The typical form of the layout of the secondary school teaching areas is summarized. By simulating the typical structure of teaching buildings falling debris distribution scenario and displacement ranges during strong earthquake, this paper proposes the scenic design and optimizing strategy of failing debris scenario for the simulative training of earthquake rescue based on the experiment results, providing solutions of seismic field conditions setting to fulfill different training purpose according to the common damaged features of teaching areas.
