摘要
随着我国前一段时期城镇化进程的快速推进,山地城市因其人口密度日趋加大,城市人口、产业、设施等社会经济要素高度集聚并高频流动,涌现出各类不确定性事件,城市脆弱性不断增强。2019年末发生的新冠疫情对社会发展造成全方位冲击,社区作为城市管理和治理的基本单元,面临着最直接的考验。因此,增强社区应对此类公共卫生事件冲击的韧性能力,提升社区空间健康韧性成为社区治理的重要内容。该文以七星岗街道为例,分析了山地高密度社区面对的特殊问题,建立起山地社区空间健康韧性测度模型,并进行测度分析,得出了突发公共卫生事件各时间段内的社区空间健康韧性变化特征。为此,提出山地与高密度双重影响下的社区空间健康韧性提升策略。
With the rapid advancement of urbanization in China in the previous period,mountainous cities have experienced increasing population density,high concentration and frequent flow of social and economic factors such as population,industry,and facilities,resulting in various uncertain events and increasing urban vulnerability.The COVID-19 at the end of 2019 had an all-round impact on social development.As the basic unit of urban management and governance,communities are facing the most direct test.Therefore,enhancing the resilience of communities to respond to the impact of such public health events and enhancing the resilience of community spatial health have become important aspects of community governance.Taking Qixinggang Street as an example,we analyze the special problems faced by high-density mountainous communities,establish a spatial health resilience measurement model for mountainous communities,and conduct measurement analysis to obtain the characteristics of community spatial health resilience changes during different time periods of public health emergencies.To this end,strategies for improving community spatial health resilience under the dual influence of mountainous and high-density areas are proposed.
