摘要
观察高蛋白饲料对二肾一夹WKY高血压大鼠血压、血浆及尿游离氨基酸含量的影响。结果表明:高蛋白饲料能降低二肾一夹WKY高血压大鼠的血压,增加血浆游离牛磺酸等的水平,增加尿牛磺酸,尿素等的排出。
In order to observe the effect of high protein diet on blood pressure in experimental renal hypertensive rat model and its mechanism, after hypertension was developed in WKY rats by constriction of left renal artery with silver clip, the rats in the experimental group were fed with high fish protein. Tail blood pressure were measured by CRS Ⅲ rat blood pressure instrument. Urine and plasma free amino acid profiles were determined by Beckman 6300 amino acid automatic analyzer.It was shown that high fish protein diet has hypotensive effect on systolic blood pressure in the hypertensive rats (p<0.05), while no significant effect on diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and body weight. High fish protein diet also caused higher plasma levels of taurine (4.13±0.09 vs 3.95±0.09 log μmol/L, p<0.02) and urinary excretion of taurine(6.46±0.16 vs 3.75±0.81 log μmol/L, p<0.001) urea (7.85±1.03 vs 6.06±0.96 log μmol/L, p<0.05)and cystathionine.In basic feed, methionine content was 0.18%, the molar ratio of methionine/total amino acid was 0.01, taurine content was 0.36%; in experimental feed, methionine content was 0.89%, the molar ratio was 0.02, taurine content was 1.02%.It is concluded that the hypotensive effect of high fish protein diet might he related to its high suefur-containing amino acid and taurine. The mechanism was discussed.
