摘要
目的探讨专题式教学结合PBL教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学中的实践应用。方法选择本级临床专业6个班中的300名本科生作为研究对象。根据班级将其随机分为两组,对照组及观察组,每组各150名。对照组学生采用传统教学方式进行教学,观察组学生采用专题式结合PBL教学方法进行教学。课程结束后,为全体学生进行基本技能操作能力检测及闭卷理论考试,对比两组学生的教学效果。结果观察组学生的基本技能操作能力为(95.24±2.69)分,对照组学生为(93.41±3.85)分,两组数据对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组学生的闭卷理论考试成绩为(84.58±9.58)分,对照组学生为(68.25±8.41)分,观察组学生的闭卷理论考试成绩高于对照组,两组数据对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论专题式教学结合PBL教学在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科教学中具有良好的应用实践效果。
Objective To explore the practice of topical teaching combined with PBL teaching method in otolaryngology head and neck surgery teaching. Methods 300 undergraduates from 6 classes of clinical specialty were selected as the subjects, which were divided into two groups according to class, the control group and the observation group, 150 cases in each group. The students in the control group were taught by traditional teaching methods. The students in the observation group were taught by the special topic combined with the PBL teaching method. After the end of the course, for all students to carry out basic skills, operational ability test and winding theory examination, the teaching effects of the two groups were compared. Results The basic skills of the students in the observation group were (95.24±2.69) points, the students in the control group were (93.41 ± 3.85) points, the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). The students in the observation group received (84.58± 9.58) scores on the closed volume theory, the students in the control group were (68.25±8.41) points, the students in the observation group were higher in the closed volume theory than in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Topical teaching combined with PBL teaching has good application effect in otolaryngology head and neck surgery teaching.
