摘要
针对无缝内衣制版难度较高的问题,通过实践探索应用常规画图软件进行制版,介绍利用Photoshop软件辅助无缝内衣机进行样板设计。以2功位选针的无头无缝内衣机编织方格花型为例,详细介绍绘制无缝内衣组织图的步骤,包括Photoshop参数预设、组织图绘制、保存图案。并以无缝内衣大身为例,介绍制备衣片轮廓图及填充组织图,为方便无缝内衣的样板设计及工艺设计提供参考。
In view of the problem of difficult plate-making of seamless underwear, this paper explores the use of conventional drawing software for plate making through application practice. The pattern design of seamless underwear machine by using Photoshop software is introduced. Taking the example of plaid pattern knitted with two working positions of headless seamless underwear machine, it introduces in detail the Photoshop parameters＇ setring, pattern drawing and pattern saving. And taking the seamless underwear body as an example, the preparation of garment outline and the filling of knitting notation are introduced. It can provide references for the pattern design and process design of seamless underwear.
