摘要
高校海归人才是海归人才的重要组成部分,对我国科研发展具有重大作用。以高校海归人才为例进行研究,通过对12位高校海归人才的深度访谈,采用扎根理论分析方法,提取高校海归人才归国适应过程中的关键因素、关系与效应,对其共性进行总结,并采用"建构式解释"建立整体结构,最后得出3项研究推论和归国适应影响因素及其效应模型构架。
For the reason that universities returned talent, which is an important part of returnees, plays a major role of Chinese research and development, this article studies universities returned talent as the representative. Through in-- depth interviews of twelve returned talents of universities, the key factors, effects and relationships of their repatriation adjustment process are analyzed and extracted by grounded theory. An overall structure is established by "constructivist in- terpretation'. Then three new study inferences are proposed and the model framework of repatriation adjustment factors and their effects is built. Research conclusion will help universities returned talents complete repatriation adjustment successfully and achieve career development.
