摘要
本文分析50例健康成人志愿者心脏磁共振成像(MRI)轴位图像。描述了MRI心脏正常所见,测量了心腔及主、肺动脉的某些径线,得出一组心脏MRI正常值,并与超声心动图测量进行对比,提示两种方法所测各项对应指标均相关良好。本文还就MRI心脏扫描及轴位层面的优缺点、各指标相关性的差别和所得MRI正常值的实际应用价值等问题进行了讨论。
Measurement of cardiac and great vessel dimensions was made by axial MRI in 50 healthy Chinese volunteers, and the results were compared with those by echocardiography. MRI could clearly delineate the morphologic structures of various parts of the heart and its surroundings. The orifices and proximal segments of three major branches of the left and right coronary arteries were depicted with rather high frequency, i.e. right coronary 80.4%, left main stem 74.5%, left anterior descending 78.7%, and left circumflex 80.9%. The normal pericardium appeared as curvilineal structure of low signal intensity with 1-2.5mm in diameter.The normal values of the dimensions of heart, aorta and main pulmonary artery as well as the thickness of the lateral wall of left ventricle and interventricular septum, and the ratio of their systolic thickening were described in the present article. Based on these data, the left ventricular volume, ejection fraction and shortening fraction of the short axis of left ventricle were obtained.The normal values by MRI correlated well with those by echocardiography (r=0.4667-0.9951, p<0.001). The normal values are referential.
