摘要 近年来,随着生活水平的提高,冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的发病率及病死率在逐年增加,严重威胁着人类的健康,在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的早期诊断中影像学检查至关重要。目前对冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病的影像学诊断方法主要有X线冠状动脉造影、多层螺旋CT(MSCT)、心脏磁共振成像、心脏超声检查等。其中MSCT用于心脏检查的发展速度最快,临床应用逐年增多,随着MSCT软硬件方面的迅速发展,其在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病影像诊断中将会有更广泛的应用前景。 In recent years,with the improvement of living standards,coronary heart disease incidence and mortality increased year by year,and seriously harms human health,imaging examination plays an important role in the early diagnosis of coronary artery disease.Currently,imaging examination of coronary heart disease are mainly DSA,MSCT,cardiac MRI,cardiac Ultrasonic,in which MSCT for cardiac examination is the fastest growing,and its clinical application is increasing year by year,with the rapid development of hardware and software,MSCT in the imaging diagnosis of coronary heart disease will be more extensive in future.
