摘要
目的规范手术室麻醉药品的管理与使用。方法在手术室内建立麻醉药房,根据医院实际,制订合理可行的管理制度,配备专职药师管理药品。结果与原有麻醉用药管理模式相比,药品管理更加规范有序,药品随意放置率降低,药品收费准确率明显提高,药品使用更加合理。结论设立手术麻醉药房,保障患者的权益,减少药品流通过程中不必要的环节,提高药品管理效率。
Objective To standardize the management and use of anesthetic drugs in the operating rooms.Methods An anesthesia pharmacy was established to work out rational and feasible management system with two full-time pharmacists. Results Compared with the traditional management model of anesthetic drugs,the new model is more standardized and more orderly,with reduced rate of the unrestricted placement,improved accuracy rate of drug charge,and more reasonable drug use. Conclusion The establishment of the anesthesia pharmacy guarantees the rights and interests of patients,simplifies unnecessary process of drug distribution and improves the efficiency of drug administration.
