摘要
目的探讨循证护理在手术室护理中的应用价值。方法选择2015年1月-2016年2月在我院手术室进行手术的48例患者为本次研究对象,随机将48例患者分成两组,观察组与对照组,每组24例,对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行循证护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度,手术医师满意度,麻醉师满意度及术中并发症发生率。结果观察组的患者满意度为95.83%,手术医师满意度为100%,麻醉医师满意度为100%,对照组的患者满意度为66.67%,手术医师满意度为75%,麻醉医师满意度为75%,观察组的患者满意度,手术医师满意度,麻醉医师满意度高于对照组(P<0.01),有统计学意义。观察组并发症发生率为4.17%,对照组并发症发生率为29.17%,观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01),有统计学意义。结论循证护理可明显提高手术室患者的护理满意度,手术医师满意度,降低术中并发症发生率,有在临床推广的价值。
Objective To study the value of the observationnursing in operating room nursing. Methods A total of 48 patients in the operating room of our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the research object, and the 48 patients were divided into two groups at random, observation group and control group, control group patients took routine nursing, observation group took evidence-base nursing on the basis of control gruop, compared the satisfaction with nursing care of the patients, the surgery physician, and the anesthesiologist, and the intraoperative complications. Results The patient satisfaction of the observation group was 95.83%, the satisfaction of surgery doctors＇ was 100%, and the satisfaction of anesthesiologists was 100%, higher than the control group（P〈0.01）, the patient satisfaction in the control group was 66.67%, the satisfaction of surgery doctors＇ was 75%, and the satisfaction of anesthesiologists was 75%The complication rate of observation group was 4.17%,the control group was 29.17%, much higher than the observation group （P〈0.01） with statistical significance. Conclusion Evidence-base nursing can increase the operating room nursing satisfaction of patients, and surgery physicians complications, and which deserve the clinical promotion. obviously, and reduce the incidence of intraoperative
