摘要
对(沪教委高[2013]31号)和(沪教委高[2015]18号)两个文件中的"上海高校本科专业达标评估指标体系"的2013版和2015版采用文本比较法和词频统计法进行分析和研究。上海高校本科专业达标评估指标体系(2015版)中,强调了专业定位的清晰,突出了专业建设的目标和成效,专业的培养方案要符合"人才"培养目标的要求;对于教学质量和教改教研等做了大量的修改,重视教师的教研教改项目以及质量工作建设;重点考核被评专业的人才培养目标定位、质量标准的建立和师资队伍建设等方面,尤其注重专业教学的成效及质量监控等方面的指标。为专业建设提供标准和方向,规范和引导学校专业建设,达到"以评促建"的目的,进一步提高专业建设的质量。
This paper analyzes and studies the 2013 edition and the 2015 edition of "Shanghai University Undergraduate Educa-tion Specialty Evaluation Index System" in the two documents (Shanghai Education Commission Gao [2013]31) and ( Shanghai Edu-cation Commission Gao [2015]18) by using document comparison and word frequency statistics. The 2015 edition emphasizes and highlights the clarity of major position, the goals and effectiveness of specialty construction, meanwhile proposing that professional training schedule should satisfy talent training objectives. More modification of contents in aspect of teaching quality, teaching study and teaching reform are made, and the teacher's teaching research, reform projects and the projection of teaching quality construction are emphasized. It also focuses on personnel training objectives, quality standards and establishment of teaching staff of the assessed major, with particular emphasis on the index of effectiveness of professional teaching and quality control. The 2015 edition provides a standard and direction for specialty construction, normalizing the specialty construction of university in order to achieve the aim of " promoting construction by assessing" and further elevating the quality of specialty construction.
