摘要
针对传统的船舶动态监控系统开发周期长、成本高的问题,提出一种基于谷歌地球(Google Earth)的开发方法。分析Google Earth应用程序开发接口,定义船舶动态数据结构;采用KML技术,提出标绘船位和航向的新方法;通过新的动态数据加载方法,解决海上动态物标实时显示的问题;给出屏幕坐标到地理坐标的转换公式和流程,为实现信息查询提供理论基础。采用这种技术对成山角水域以及营口港的船舶进行监控,验证了方法的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the problem of long period and high cost of development for traditional ship dynamic monitoring system,a new method based on Google Earth was proposed. The Google Earth application programming interface was analyzed,and a data structure of ship'dynamic information was defined. A kind of KML file structure of vessels was designed for plotting position and course of ship. The real-time display for vessels was solved by using a new dynamic data loading method. A conversion formula and flow diagram from screen coordinate to geographic coordinate was presented,providing a theoretical basis for the information query function. Using these technologies to monitor Chengshanjiao waters and related ship port,the feasibility and effectiveness of these methods was verified.
