摘要
目的分析孟鲁司特钠在小儿反复发作性过敏性紫癜治疗中的应用效果。方法选择我院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的84例反复发作性过敏性紫癜患儿,按照不同疗法将其分成两组各42例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组的总有效率为97.6%,显著高于对照组的85.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿的紫癜症状、关节肿痛症状、腹痛症状改善时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠在小儿反复发作性过敏性紫癜治疗中的应用效果满意,可快速改善患儿症状,值得推荐。
Objective To analyze the effect of montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with recurrent anaphylactoid purpura. Methods 84 cases of children with recurrent anaphylactoid purpura admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected. According to the treatment methods, all cases were divided into two groups, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the study group was given montelukast sodium on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of study group was.97.6%, significantly higher than 85.7% of control group （P〈0.05）. The improvement time ofpurpura symptom, joint swelling and pain symptom, and abdominal pain symptom of study group were significantly shorter than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Montelukast sodium has satisfactory application effect in the treatment of children with recurrent anaphylactoid purpura, which can quickly improve children＇s symptom, and is worthy of recommendation.
