摘要
目的观察孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法选择本科门诊及住院诊治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿48例,随机分为布地奈德气雾剂组(对照组)24例和布地奈德加孟鲁司特组(治疗组)24例。对照组常规吸入布地奈德气雾剂,治疗组在常规吸入布地奈德气雾剂基础上加服孟鲁司特,每晚顿服,共12 w,并随访20 w。结果两组不良反应、显效及有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组每月哮喘日间及夜间发作次数,每月使用短效支气管扩张剂的天数较对照组减少(P<0.05);一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰流速(PEF)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善较明显。结论孟鲁司特钠与吸入布地奈德联合治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘,疗效优于单纯应用布地奈德。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of montelukast on cough variant asthma （CVA） in children. Methods Forty eight children with CVA receiving ambulatory treatment or hospitalization in our department were selected and randomly divided into control group （ n = 24 ） and treatment group （ n = 24）. The control group received the conventional inhalation of budesonide aerosol. The treatment group took montelukast once every night for 12 w based on the same treatment that was received by the control group. The follow up was made for 20 w in both groups. Results Between the two groups, there were no significant differences in adverse reactions, excellent rate and effective rate （ P 〉 0.05 ）, but there were significant differences in total effective rate （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. Compared with the paroxysm times of asthma at daytime and night in one month and days of using short effective bronehodilators in the control group, those indexes in the treatment group decreased（P 〈0.05）. There were significant differences in forced expiratory volume in one second（ FEV1 ）and peak expiratory flow（PEF） between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group. Conclusion The curative effects of montelukast combined with inhalation of budesonide on cough variant asthma in children are better than those with only hudesonide.
