摘要
"缺少资金"是大学生创业面临的第一大问题.文章通过剖析广州市大学生创业资金扶持政策,发现尽管政策对大学生创业具有激励作用,但仍存在实施对象匹配性缺失、资金扶持总量不足、政策运作效率不足与协调体系不顺畅的问题.因此,必须有针对性地选择扶持对象,增强政府与金融机构的协作,完善启动经费资助相关条例,发挥创业资金扶持政策的资源整合作用.
Lacking of funds is the biggest problem of college students entrepreneurs. By analyzing the policy of fund supporting to college students entrepreneurs in Guangzhou, it is found that although the policy has the in-centive effect, there are still some problems such as lack of matching object, insufficient fund, inefficiency of policy operation and improper coordination system. Therefore, efforts should be concentrated on supporting the object selectively, enhancing the cooperation between government and financial institutions, improving the fi-nancing regulations, exploiting entrepreneurial funds effectively to support the integration of resources.
