摘要
采用金相显微镜、拉伸性能测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析手段,研究了不同成分配比的复合孕育剂Fe、Ti对铸造铝铜硼合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:元素Fe和Ti的复合添加能够明显促进θ相变为Al_7Cu_2Fe等含铁化合物(鱼骨状和菊花状),增加合金的硬度和抗拉强度。当复合添加1.5%Fe和2.2%Ti时,对试样组织变质作用最明显,铸态硬度为105 BS,铸态抗拉强度为238 MPa,综合力学性能较好。
Effects of Fe and Ti on microstructure and tensile properties of A1-Cu-B aluminium alloys were studied by means of metallographic analysis, tensile test, scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy dispersive spectrum(EDS) analysis. The results show that the elements Fe and Ti compound added can promote the transformation of 0 into A17Cu2Fe and other iron compounds (fish bone and daisy-like). The tensile strength and hardness of the alloy increase. When addingl.5% Fe+2.2%Ti, the grain of the sample is refined obviously, the tensile strength of the specimen reach the maximum value of 238 MPa, as-cast hardness is 105 BS.
