摘要
加入一定量的第三元素Si,常可令在液态铝合金中的铁 ,由不饱和状态转变为过饱和状态 ,以含铁化合物T2 初晶形态析出。利用固 液两相的密度差 ,进行控制在 5 85℃的等温精炼。使含铁化合物发生重力分离 ,将铁去除。试验中获得的“超净化”现象 ,可令铸造铝合金中的铁的质量分数由 2 %下降至 0 .5 %
Adding cerbain quantity of third element Si to molten aluminum makes Fe transfer from unsaturated to supersaturated states with Fe containing primary phase T 2 prepcipitation.Based on the density difference between solid liquid phase and isothermal refinement at 585 ℃, Fe was removed due to the Fe containing phase to gravity deposit. The phenomenon of 'super purification' obtained during the experiment could make Fe in cast Al alloy decrease from 2% to 0.5%.
