摘要
在我国高校的食品科学与工程专业中,食品工程原理是一门专业基础必修课程,具有较强的应用性,是一门工程性质的学科。为了使学生在未来的工作生活中更具优势,必须对这门课程的教学工作进行教学改革,优化教学内容,改进教学方式,使学生掌握正确的学习方法,加强实践教学工作,培养学生的应用能力。本文以应用性高校作为依托,主要研究食品工程原理课程的教学改革,希望对提高教学质量有所帮助。
In the food science and engineering specialty of our country, the principle of food engineering is a basic compulsory course, which has a strong application. In order to make students more competitive in the future work life, must be on the course teaching of teaching reform, optimize teaching content, improve teaching methods, teaching the correct way of learning for students, strengthen practice teaching, cultivating students" application ability. In this paper, the application of colleges and universities as the basis, the main study of food engineering principles of teaching reform, hoping to improve the quality of teaching.
