摘要
依法治腐的关键是构建系统化、规范化的反腐败法制体系。目前我国反腐败立法刚刚起步,反腐败法制体系还未形成,已有法制存在诸多缺陷,制约着依法治腐的实际效能。全面推进依法治腐工作应找准着力点,实施静态视角下的反腐败策略,构建动态视角下的反腐败机制,以提升我国反腐败法制建设水平。
Managing corruption by law is the key to build a systematic and standardized anti-corruption legal system. Presently, the anti-corruption legislation has just started in China, anti-corruption legal system has not yet formed and the existing legal system has some defects, which restricts the actual performance of managing corruption by law. The all-round fighting work in accordance with the law should find focus that implement anti-corruption strategies in a stat/c perspective, build anti-corruption mechanism in a dynamic perspective and enhance the level of construction of anti-corruption legal system in our country.
