摘要
目的研究一种新型过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉对软式内镜的现场消毒效果。方法软式内镜严格按照操作规范规定的流程清洗后,用过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉和酸性氧化电位水进行消毒灭菌,并采用细菌培养和浓度检测方法对消毒的实际效果进行监测和评价。结果两种不同消毒剂清洗内镜消毒效果的合格率为100%。过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉连续使用8 h有效浓度维持在≥2 300 mg/L。结论这种新型的过氧乙酸消毒灭菌粉应用于软式内镜消毒,提高了工作效率,节省水资源,取得快速有效的消毒效果,具有良好的安全性和稳定性。
Objective To study the field disinfection efficacy of a new peracetic acid disinfectant powder for the flexible endoscope. Methods The flexible endoscopes were cleaned in accordance with the provisions of the standard operation strictly and disinfected by peracetic acid disinfectants powder or acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water,bacterial culture and concentration detection were used to evaluate the actual disinfection effect of digestive endoscopes. Results The qualified rate of digestive endoscopes disinfected with two disinfectants were both 100%. The concentration of peracetic acid could maintain at the effective concentration（ ≥2 300 mg/L） within 8 h. Conclusion This new peracetic acid disinfection powder used in disinfection of the flexible endoscope can improve the work efficiency,conserve water resources,obtain fast and effective disinfection effect with good safety and stability.
