摘要
航天药代动力学是航天医学的重要组成部分。航天失重引起的机体生理、生化功能变化进而导致药物的代谢动力学特征发生改变,是影响航天用药的关键因素之一。本文从失重的实验模型,失重对药物吸收、分布、代谢和排泄各环节的影响以及失重条件下药动学研究的影响因素进行综述,为航天药代动力学研究提供一定参考。
Space pharmacokinetics is an important part of aerospace medicine. The change of pharmacokinetics caused by the change of physiological and biochemical function of weightlessness in space,is one of the key factors influencing the use of medicine. This article reviewed the research progress including experimental models,the effects on the ab-sorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion of drugs,and the influencing factors of pharmacokinetics of weightlessness,which may provide some reference for space pharmacokinetics.
