摘要 针对超超临界垂直水冷壁壁温分布情况,在660 MW超超临界压力直流锅炉上进行了改变不同因素对水冷壁壁温偏差影响的试验研究。结果表明:提高高钠煤掺烧比例,采用上层燃烧器运行,均可降低燃烧区域热负荷,利于水冷壁壁温均匀性;在不同负荷下改变燃烧器摆角对水冷壁壁温偏差的影响不一致,燃烧器摆角主要是通过改变炉内热负荷分布来影响壁温偏差。通过优化调整可以有效控制超超临界锅炉垂直水冷壁的壁温偏差。 Based on the distribution of wall temperature,the main factors affecting water wall temperature deviation of lower vertical water wall have been investigated in the 660 MW ultra supercritical boiler. The conclusion indicated that increasing the proportion of high-sodium coal or putting the upper combustors into running can effectively reduce the heat loading in the combustion zone,which benefits uniformity of lower water wall temperature. Through changing the distribution of the heat loading,the angle of combustors has opposite influence on water wall temperature deviation at different load. With optimized adjustments,the wall temperature deviation of vertical water wall in the ultra supercritical boiler can be well controlled.
