摘要
超超临界直流锅炉的水冷壁有螺旋管圈和一次上升垂直管圈两种型式。后者具有结构简单、支吊方便和阻力小的优点。但由于我国第一代300 MW直流锅炉的垂直管圈在调峰运行时频繁爆管,所以人们担心这种管圈在热负荷有变化时能否安全运行。泰州电厂1000 MW超超临界锅炉采用从日本三菱公司引进的技术,水冷壁是带中间混合集箱进口设节流圈的一次上升内螺纹管管圈。为了消化引进技术,通过计算分析,发现这种管圈在BMCR时的静态水动力特性属于强制循环特性。但当偏差管的吸热量增加15%时,出口温度只升高7.7℃。不会影响安全运行。
There are two types' of ultra-supercritical once-through boiler water wall: spiral type and vertical upward type. Vertical upward type water wall has the adventures of simplified structure and low pressure drop. But there is some problems influencing reliable operation during heat flux change in the furnace. The water wall of Taizhou 1000 MW Ultra-supercritical once-through boiler is of vertical upward type. It was introduced from Japan Mitsubishi Corporation. The author calculated it's static hydrodynamic behavior and fined that it is of forced flow behavior. But when the heat flux is 15 % larger than average value, the outlet temperature of deviation tube will only rise 7.7℃,and will not endanger boiler's operation.
