摘要
以黄酒双边发酵过程为基础搭建数学模型是黄酒工业自动化生产的核心,由于黄酒发酵过程的动态非线性特征,提出了基于线性多步法的数学构造模型,并以数值积分的方式构造黄酒发酵动力学模型,对发酵模型的构建进行了分析,并对模型进行了预测校正,以期最小化模型误差。该种方法可应用于黄酒发酵前酵过程中,实现了黄酒发酵模型的设计与参数的求解。
The mathematical modeling of the bilateral fermentation process of yellow rice wine is the core for yellow rice wine automated production. The mathematical model based on linear multistep method was proposed due to the dynamic nonlinear characteristics of yellow rice wine fermentation process. Furthermore, the dynamic model of yellow wine fermentation was set up by numerical integration. The construction of such model was analyzed and the predictive correction was performed to minimize the error of the model. Finally, the use of the mathematical method had realized the design of yellow rice wine fermentation model.
