锦州油田钻井防塌技术的工程实践 被引量:8

摘要 锦州油田南区东营组坍塌压力高,井壁失稳严重,一期开发过程中,由于井壁坍塌造成的复杂情况频繁出现,导致起钻效率较低。在勘探开发的过程中,通过对钻井液性能的不断优化,试验在原弱抑制钻井液体系-小阳离子体系中加入无机盐NaCl,通过抑制地层水进入井筒内,促使井壁内外离子浓度平衡,达到井壁稳定的目的。阐述了改进后综合阳离子体系的技术要点、维护及工程措施,通过应用这些措施,结果表明对于锦州油田井壁稳定实现有效控制。 The collapse pressure of the Dongying formation in the southern part of Jinzhou oilfield is high and the well wall is unstable. During the first stage of development, the complicated situation caused by the borehole collapse frequently occurs, which results in lower drilling efficiency. In the process of exploration and development, it is continuously tried to add inorganic salt NaCl in original weak inhibition drilling fluid system - small cation system to optimize drilling fluid performance, to inhibit formation water into the wellbore and to promote the balance of ion concentration inside and outside the borehole wall to realize wellbore stability. The technical points, maintenance and engineering measures of the improved integrated cationic system are expounded. The application results of these measures show that the stability of the borehole wall in Jinzhou oilfield is effectively controlled.
