摘要
老斜454井是位于胜利桩西地区的一口双靶点、大斜度评价井。该井完钻井深为3 790 m,垂深为2 940.2m,水平位移为1 238.4 m,造斜点井深为2 312.84 m,全井最大井斜为78.83°。针对该井地层特点,采用了聚合醇强抑制水基钻井液,其具有良好的流变性,润滑防卡性,抑制、携岩能力强,有效预防了井壁失稳,满足了大斜度延伸井的钻井要求。在应用过程中得到以下经验:在钻遇严重造浆地层时,高分子量聚合物絮凝包被剂与固控设备的配合使用,对钻井液流变性能的稳定起着决定性作用;在大斜度长裸眼段施工中必须坚持短程起下钻,及时修整井壁,以钻井液的净化保优化。该井钻井液工艺技术为桩西地区大斜度延伸井实现安全、快速施工提供了参考。
Well Laoxie-454 is a double-target,highly deviated appraisal well located in Zhuangxi,Shengli oilfield,with the following well profile: completion depth 3,790 m,vertical depth 2,940.2 m,horizontal displacement 1,238.4 m,kick out point depth 2,312.84 m,and the biggest well angle 78.83°.A strongly inhibitive poly-glycol water base drilling fluid with good rheology was used in the well,and it was concluded,based on field application,that a combination of using high molecular weight polymer flocculent and solids-control-equipment(SCE) made mud rheology control easy in drilling highly swelling and water sensitive sections.In the long deviated openhole short trips,back reaming and the cleaning of drilling fluid were critical to the success of the drilling operation.
