摘要
利用溶剂提取和正、反相色谱法、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等技术对采自藏区的俄色茶(Malus torangoades(Rehd.)Hughes)的化学成分进行了研究.采用核磁共振、质谱等波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构.从俄色茶的乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为:根皮苷(1),根皮素(2),3-羟基根皮苷(3),3-羟基根皮素(4),三叶苷(5),槲皮素(6),槲皮苷(7),异槲皮苷(8),芦丁(9),金丝桃苷(10),香豆酸(11),咖啡酸(12).化合物1~5为二氢查耳酮类化合物,化合物6~10为黄酮类化合物,化合物11和12为酚酸成分.其中化合物3~5和7~12为首次从该植物中分离得到.
This paper studied the chemical constituents from the leaves of Malus torangoades (Rehd. ) Hughes grow-ing in Tibetan regions. The compounds were isolated and purified by various kinds of column chromatography, such as the silica gel column, MPLC, semi - preparative HPLC, and Sephadex LH - 20. The structures were elucidated by NMR spectroscopicmethods in combination with MS experiments. The results showed that 12 compounds were isolated from Malus torangoades (R eh d .) Hughes, and identified as phloridzin ( 1 ) , phloretin ( 2 ) , sieboldin ( 3 ) , 3 - hydroxyphloretin (4) ,trilobatin (5) , quercetin (6), quercitrin (7) , isoquercitrin (8), rutin ( 9 ) ,hyperoside (10), coumaric acid (11) ,Caffeic acid (12). Compounds 1-5 are dihydrochalcones,6-10 are flavonoids,while 11 ?12 are phenolic compounds, of which compounds 3 -5 and 7 ?12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
