摘要
目的建立了补肾壮阳类中药和保健食品中非法添加13种化学成分的QTRAP UPLC-MS/MS快速测定方法。方法选用QTRAP UPLC-MS/MS技术;岛津Shim-pack XR-ODSⅡ(150mm×2.0mm,2.2μm)为色谱柱;乙腈-含1mL·L^(-1)冰醋酸的20mmol·L^(-1)的醋酸铵为流动相;0.3mL·min^(-1)梯度洗脱;采用正离子多反应监测模式测定含量。结果 13种化学成分在各自的范围内有良好的线性关系,r≥0.998 1;方法精密度RSD值均小于2.0%;回收率为96.0%~108.0%。结论该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、专属性强,可作为补肾壮阳类中药和保健食品中非法添加化学成分的快速检测方法。
Objective To establish a fast method for the detection of 13 chemicals illegally added in Chinese medicines and health foods by QTRAP UPLC-MS/MS.Methods The analysis was performed by QTRAP UPLC-MS/MS,with Shim-pack XR-ODS Ⅱ(150mm×2.0mm,2.2μm)column;acetonitrile and 20mmol·L^-1ammonium acetate(containing 1mL·L^-1 acetic acid)were used as the mobile phase in a gradient elution mode;the flow rate was 0.3mL·min^-1.Qualitative and quantitative were carried out with ESI+scan and multiple-reaction monitoring mode.Results The liner range of the 13 chemical components were good(r≥0.998 1)with a precision of RSD〈2.0%.The recovery was between 96.0%-108.0%.Conclusion This method is fast,accurate and specific with high sensitivity.It can be used as a qualitative and quantitative method for the determination of illegally added chemicals in Chinese medicines and health foods.
