摘要
目的:建立中成药中非法添加降压类化学成分的薄层检测方法。方法:采用两种供试品溶液制备方法和两种展开条件,用薄层色谱法进行非法添加降压类化学成分的检测。结果:采用上述方法可进行中成药中非法添加利血平、硝苯地平、盐酸可乐定、哌唑嗪、阿替洛尔、氢氯噻嗪和卡托普利七个化学成分的快速筛查。结论:本方法简便快速,可作为非法添加日常监督检验的有效方法。
Objective：A specific method for identifcating chemical drugs added illegally into anti-hypertension traditional chinese patent medicines by TLC was established.Methods：Two methods including test solution preparation,mobile phase and derivatization were developed.Results：Reserpine,nifedipine,clonidine hydrochloride,prazosin hydrochloride,atenolol,hydrochlorothiazide,captopril were detected respectively by above two methods.Conclusion：The methods are fast,sensitive and easy to operate,which is fit to be applied for routine test of illegal adulteration.
