摘要
本文介绍了由PLC、触摸屏和交流伺服装置及丝杆工作台组成的单轴定位控制系统,详细介绍了该系统的硬件设计和软件设计,并指出本系统的关键是通过PLC与触摸屏的通信,即利用PLC的高速计数脉冲控制电机位移,利用脉冲频率控制电机速度,来实现对整个系统的精准定位控制。
This paper introduces a single axis positioning control system which is composed of PLC, touch screen, AC servo device and the working table. The hardware design and software design of the system are introduced in detail. It is pointed out that the key of this system is the communication between the PLC and the touch screen., The high speed counting pulse of PLC can control the displacement of the motor, the pulse frequency can control the motor speed, to realize the precise positioning control of the whole system.
