摘要大学是听障大学生综合能力培养、提升的关键期,是未来走向社会的培养基地。文章以工作搜寻理论分析为基础,通过对现运行的听障大学生教学体系的优化促进听障大学生工作搜寻能力、配置能力、创新能力提升,实现听障大学生更好的社会融入。 University is the critical period to train and improve the college students＇ comprehensive ability and it is the training base for students before going into the society. Based on the analysis of Job Search Theory, this paper aims to improve job searching ability, allocation ability and innovation ability of college deaf students for their better integration into the society by improving the teaching system for deaf students
