摘要
课题组运用深度访谈的方法,调研了江苏省5所高校和3家企业。从就业的角度看,江苏高校课程设置中存在的主要问题是:就业课程参差不齐、就业课程师资短缺、就业课程偏离实践、专业课程忽视就业能力培养、文化素质课程"杂、乱、差"。应对就业需求,江苏高校课程设置的战略调整需着眼于以下方面:完善就业课程体系、改进和加强创业课程、将可雇佣性教育融入专业课程、调整文化素质课程结构、实现就业课程教师队伍的专业化。
We surveyed 5 universities and 3 enterprises in Jiangsu province by using in-depth interview method. From the view of employment, the main problems of curricula in Jiangsu universities are as follows: no holistie employment courses, shortage of teachers, theoretical-based employment courses, major courses neglecting training ability of employment, miscellaneous, random and disqualified general education programs. To satisfy the demand of students' employment, Jiangsu universities curriculum reformation must focus on the following strategies: to improve the system of employment courses, to strengthen entrepreneurship courses, to embed student employability into major courses, to change the structure of general education courses, to professionalize faculties of employment courses.
