研训教师由“实践”向“科研”提升的思考 被引量:1

摘要 研训教师是教师队伍中的特殊群体,对中小学课程建设与实施、教学改革、提高教学质量、研究教学规律具有重要作用。研训教师的专业发展离不开科研能力的提升,针对由"实践"向"科研"提升的要求,提出五个方面的解决对策,即转变传统观念、提高理论素养、注重研究训练、深入实践研究、促进成果转化。 Research and training teachers are a special group of teachers, and they play an important role in curriculum construction and implementation, teaching reform, improving teaching quality and stud- ying teaching rules. Research and training teachers ~ professional development cannot do without the en- hancement of scientific research ability. Aimed at the requirements of enhancing from "practice" level to "scientific research" level, the paper puts forward five solutions: to change traditional ideas, to improve theoretical quality, to lay emphasis on research training, to deepen practical exploration, and to promote the transformation research achievements, etc.
