摘要
目的对成都市武侯区2014-2016年度社区卫生服务中心健康管理的糖尿病患者的满意度进行分析,为进一步完善社区健康管理机制提供科学依据。方法使用自行设计的满意度调查表,采用等距抽样的方法,对成都市武侯区2014-2016年度社区卫生服务中心健康管理的糖尿病患者进行满意度调查。结果 2014-2016年成都市武侯区接受社区卫生服务中心健康管理的糖尿病患者总体满意率84.07%。健康档案信息准确的糖尿病患者的满意率为96.17%,信息准确性与患者满意率的差异有统计学意义(χ~2=219.002,P<0.05);健康管理服务规范的糖尿病患者的满意率为99.32%,服务规范性与患者满意率的差异有统计学意义(χ~2=172.809,P<0.05);血糖控制达标糖尿病患者满意率为87.12%,血糖控制效果与患者满意率差异有统计学意义(χ~2=24.128,P<0.05)。结论要高度重视服务对象的满意度,通过不断提高社区卫生服务中心的服务能力和服务质量,为糖尿病患者提供真实、规范、有效的管理和服务,促进社区健康管理工作。
Objective To analyze the satisfaction degree of patients with diabetes mellitus under health management of a community health service center in Wuhou District from 2014 to 2016 so as to provide a scientific basis for further improvement of the community health management mechanism. Methods Using a self - designed questionnaire, the satisfaction degree of patients with diabetes mellitus in the community health service center in Wuhou District was investigated from 2014 to 2016. Results The overall satisfaction rate of the patients with di- abetes mellitus under health management in the community health center from 2014 to 2016 was 84.07%. The satisfaction rate of diabetic patients with accurate health archive information was 96. 17%, and the satisfaction rate difference between different respect to information accuracy was statistically significant (X^2 =219. 002, P 〈 0.05). The satisfaction rate of diabetic patients receiving standard health management services was 99.32%, and the satisfaction rate difference between different respect to standardization of health management services was statistically significant (X^2 = 172. 809, P 〈 0.05). The satisfaction rate of diabetic patients with adequate- ly controlled blood glucose was 87.12%, and the satisfaction rate difference between different respect to adequacy of blood glucose control was statistically significant (X^2 = 24. 128, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Great importance should be attached to satisfaction of service objects ; the service capacity and service quality of community health service centers should be continually improved to provide practical, standardized and effective management and services to patients with diabetes and promote community health management.
