摘要
目的:分析规范化胰岛素注射培训对社区糖尿病患者血糖达标率的影响.方法:选取2017年6月-2018年6月社区糖尿病患者140例,按培训方式不同分为两组,各70例.对照组实行常规培训;观察组实行规范化胰岛素注射培训.比较两组血糖控制效果及血糖达标率.结果:观察组培训3个月后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血红蛋白值均显著低于对照组,血糖控制达标率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:给予社区糖尿病患者规范化胰岛素注射培训可有效提高血糖控制效果,提高血糖达标率.
Objective:To explore the effect of standardized insulin injection training on blood glucose standard rate in community diabetic patients.Methods:From June 2017 to June 2018,140 diabetes patients in the community were selected.According to different training methods,they were divided into two groups of 70 cases in each.The control group was given routine training;the observation group was given standardized insulin injection training.We compared the effect of blood glucose control and the rate of blood glucose reaching the standard between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after 3 months of training,fasting blood glucose,2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the blood glucose control rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized insulin injection training for community diabetes patients can effectively improve the effect of blood glucose control and the rate of blood glucose reaching the standard.
